Kimberly-Clark close to $3.5B sale of international Kleenex business, WSJ says

Kimberly-Clark (KMB) is close to selling its Kleenex and tissue businesses outside North America for approximately $3.5B, Lauren Thomas and Ben Dummett of The Wall Street Journal reports. This move is part of an attempt by the company to focus on more profitable areas, people familiar with the matter told the Journal. The company is set to sell the division to Suzano (SUZ) and a deal could be completed as soon as Thursday, the sources added.
